After I watched this video, I made the following comment:

"Back in the day men had fathers that were real emotionally distant assholes as role models. 

Nowadays they have their momma and television controlled by the gay mafia.

Young women watch tv too and believe all the hype they see about "bein hard" more than men do.

Most of the women I know in their twenties and thirties are MUCH harder than the men their age.

Several of my girls did not get the memo on rules for fuck buddies.  Could you send me a copy?"

But as usual I thought about it some more in a less cynical way.  I have discussed what I believe to be the softening of young black men ad nauseum then I saw this video and realized that some young women understand that something is wrong with the way younger men operate.

I don’t believe that she captures the sentiment of women my age and a little younger because I know a few women that would love to cuddle after sex and I had 2 fuck buddies that after a point I could not physically remove from my apartment after we had had some sex. She does however articulate a sentiment that I am hearing from younger women.

Over the past 10 years, the major of the women that have come to work at my job were in their early twenties. Being the social animal that I am I have come to know some of them intimately. I understood from the start that many of them were far more “macho” than many of their male contemporaries. I also immediately understood why.

The Gay Mafia

It is no big secret that gay men control virtually every aspect of the media. I knew at an early age, as an emerging writer, that I would never get famous if I had to get on my knees and blow somebody to get published. After I became a freelance consultant, I soon discovered that gay or sexually ambiguous men controlled much of the goings on in the private sector and one has to come up with a million dollar idea OR deal with the gay mob to earn a substantial living. Fortunately for us all, for the most part, they must be discreet in order to exist in the biz world and cannot act out their twisted fantasies unless that have willing partners. You rarely hear about same sex harassment suits because no smart person wants to deal with that acrimony.

When Did Being Macho Go South?

When men abandoned their chauvinistic roles as fathers and leaders of the community other forms of deviance moved to the top of the social pyramid. Apathy, fear and loathing were masked by political ideologies that concealed men and women’ s perverted sexual agendas. The so called Women’s Movement was in part a response to the control and abuse that many men imposed during the “Free Love” movement. Conversely, as women became more sexually liberated many men could not deal with the psychosexual demands of that came along with that liberation so they retreated from many of the established roles their fathers had bullied to the mainstream.

In nature, survival is dependent on strength and cunning Among mammals, the alpha male gets to eat his fill and have the most sex. The other males stand clear until he finishes eating and the females willingly submit to him because it perpetuates the group’s well being. The other males who want to be the alpha male mimic the behavior of the leader. They model his behavior and the one that does it the best eventually overpowers him and assumes his role. It’s not pretty, but it’s worked for several million years.

Hairless bipeds fucked that perfect system all up. Men and women began farming, then we began manufacturing and then we created high technology. The nerds that perfected technology leveled the playing field against the brutish thugs that got all the pussy. All of a sudden the nerds had a lot of money which was tantamount to killing the boar and bringing home the bacon and all of a sudden, they were gettin pussy too. The brutes sighed in relief as they realized they no longer had the burden of constantly looking over their shoulders in order to stay at the top of the social pyramid and they could go to the super mart buy the bacon packaged and pay for it electronically.

Women who have always been more astute than men and were probably responsible for the revolt of the nerds after they grew tired of fat bellied alpha males jumping between their legs after the had had too much to eat and they never let the women get off because success made them selfish lovers.

Who Fucked Up The Churches Money?

Somewhere along the line, things got messed up. After we abandoned our brutal primordial caste system, chaos ensued we just figured out how to soft sell the chaos. The only problems is: how do nerds keep alpha males in check?  They don’t.  They do jail us, emasculate us or pay us astronomical amounts of money to play on sports teams.  But they work overtime to ensure that women no longer admire us or want to be subjected to our brutish ways.

I believe that the trend of hard men and soft women will continue.  The ruff necks that I’m close to have almost a cathartic need to assert themselves.  It drives them a little crazy.  They have been unable to achieve a balance between macho and sensibility that many men of my generation obtained at the expense of our children and the community.
